ex cept our corpor ate par ents, affiliate s, subsidiarie s,
agents, and pr edece ssor s and succe ssor s in inter est.
Y ou can ’t assign the A gr eement or an y of y our rights or
dutie s under it, unle ss w e agr ee to the assignment. W e
can assign the A gr eement without notice . Y ou cannot
in an y manner r esell the Ser vice s to another par ty . The
A gr eement and the documents it incorpor ate s make
up the entir e agreement betw een us and r eplace s all
prior written or spoken agr eements— you can ’t r ely on
an y contradictor y documents or statements b y sale s
or ser vice repr e sentativ e s. The rights, obligations, and
commitments in the A gr eement that—b y their natur e—
would logically continue bey ond the termination of
Ser vice s (f or e xample , those r elating to billing, payment,
911 , dispute r e solution, no class action, no jury trial)
sur viv e termination of Ser vice s.
