Pr otecting Our N etw ork & S er vice s
W e can t ak e an y action to: (1) pr otect our netw ork s,
our rights and inter e sts, or the rights of other s; or ( 2)
optimiz e or impro v e the o ver all use of our netw ork s
and Ser vice s. Some of the se actions may interrupt
or pr e v ent legitimate communications and usage-
f or e xample , me ssage filtering/blocking sof tw are to
pr e v ent spam or viruse s; limiting thr oughput; limiting
acce ss to cer t ain w ebsite s, applications, or other Dat a
Content; prohibitions on unintended use s (f or e xample ,
use as a dedicated line , or use as a monitoring ser vice ),

C all M onitoring: T o ensure the quality of our Ser vice s
and f or other la wful purpose s, w e may monitor or recor d
calls you make to us or w e make to you (f or e xample ,
y our con ver sations with our customer ser vice or sale s
departments).
A uthentication and Contact: Y ou (the account holder)
may pass wor d pr otect y our account information b y
e stablishing a per sonal identification number (“PIN”).
Y ou may also set a back up security question and
ans w er in the e v ent you f orget y our PIN. Y ou agr ee to
pr otect y our PIN, pass wor ds, and other account acce ss
cr edentials lik e y our back up security question fr om
loss or disclosur e . Y ou further agr ee that Sprint may ,
in our sole discr etion, tr e at an y per son who pr esents
y our cr edentials that w e deem sufficient f or account
acce ss as you or an authorized user on the account
f or disclosur e of information or change s in Ser vice .

r easons thr ough the cont act information that you
pro vide , thr ough the Ser vice s or De vice s to which you
subscribe , or thr ough other a v ailable me ans, including
text me ssage , email, f ax, recorded me ssage , mobile ,
r e sidential or busine ss phone , or mail.
CPNI: As w e pro vide telecommunications products
and Ser vice s to you (the account holder), w e dev elop
information about the quantity , technical configur ation,
type , location, and destination of telecommunications
products and Ser vice s you use , as w ell as some other
information f ound on y our bill (“ CPNI”). U nder f eder al
la w , you ha v e the right and w e ha v e a duty to pr otect
the confidentiality of y our CPNI. F or e xample , w e
implement saf eguards that are designed to pr otect
y our CPNI, including authentication procedur e s when
you cont act us. F or some accounts with a dedicated
Sprint repr e sentativ e , w e may r ely on cont acting
y our pr e-e stablished point of cont act as the standar d
authentication me asure .
Thir d-P ar ty Applications: If you use a thir d-par ty
application, the application may acce ss, collect, use ,
or disclose y our per sonal information or r equir e Sprint
to disclose y our inf ormation—including location
information (when applicable )—to the application
pro vider or some other thir d par ty . If you acce ss, use , or
authoriz e thir d-par ty applications thr ough the Ser vice s,
you agr ee and authoriz e Sprint to pro vide information
r elated to y our use of the Ser vice s or the application( s).
