If Sprint pro vide s you sof tw are as par t of the Ser vice
and ther e are not sof tw are license terms provided with
the sof tw are (by Sprint or b y a thir d par ty), then Sprint
gr ants you a limited, r e vocable , non-e x clusiv e , non-
tr ansf erable license to use the sof tw are to acce ss the
Ser vice s f or y our own individual use . Y ou will not sell,
r e sell, tr ansf er , cop y , tr anslate , publish, cr e ate derivativ e
w ork s of , make an y commer cial use of , modif y , r e ver se
engineer , decompile , or disassemble the sof tw are .
Sprint may r e vok e this license at an y time .
F ee s, A ctiv ation & Miscellaneous
Char ge s
Based on our P olicie s, w e may charge activation,
pr epa yment, r e activation, progr am, or other f ee s to
e st ablish, change , or maint ain Ser vice s. Cer t ain
tr ansactions may also be subject to a charge (f or
e xample , con venience payment, changing phone
number s, handset upgr ade s, etc .). Y ou will be provided
notice of the se type s of f ee s befor e w e complete the
r equested tr ansaction.
A ccount & S er vice Char ge s
Y ou ar e r e sponsible f or all char ge s associated with your
account and the Ser vice s on your account, no matter
who adds or use s the Ser vice s. Char ge s include , but
are not limited to , the monthly recurring charge s,
usage charge s, charge s f or additional ser vice s, t ax e s,
sur charge s, and f ee s associated with y our Ser vice s.
These charge s are described or ref erred to during
the sale s tr ansaction, in our mark eting materials, and
in confirmation materials that w e may send to you.
Depending on y our Ser vice s, charge s f or additional
ser vice s may include oper ator and director y assist ance ,
voicemail, call f orw ar ding, dat a calls, te xts, and W eb
acce ss. If you (the account holder) allo w end user s to
acce ss or use y our De vice s, you authoriz e end user s
to acce ss, do wnload, and use Ser vice s. Y ou may ha v e
the opportunity to pur chase Ser vice s on a subscription
basis wher e w e asse ss subscription charge s that allo w
you acce ss to the Ser vice s and/or pro vide you a cer t ain
amount of use of the Ser vice s f or a defined period
of time . Depending on y our Ser vice , cer t ain type s of
subscription charge s may be asse ssed automatically
upon activation and automatically asse ssed f or
subsequent subscription periods. S ubscription
Ser vice s off ered on a recurring basis do not end until
terminated b y you or us. S ubscription charge s f or
recurring Ser vice s occur at the beginning of e ach
bill c ycle . Inf ormation r egar ding y our bill c ycle f or
subscription Ser vice s will be provided when you order
the Ser vice s. F or Ser vice s off ered on a per -da y basis,
you will gener ally be char ged f or use befor e or at the
time of use . In cer t ain instance s, w e may charge you at
some point af ter you use the Ser vice s. U nle ss other wise
disclosed, Ser vice s off ered on a per -da y basis end 2 4
hour s af ter Ser vice is initiated.
H o w W e Calcula te Y our Char ge s F or
Billing Purpo s e s
R egular V oice C alls: W e round up partial minute s of use to
the ne xt full minute . T ime st ar ts when you pr e ss “ T alk” or
y our De vice connects to the netw ork and stops when
you pr e ss “End” or the netw ork connection other wise
br e ak s. Y ou’ r e char ged f or all calls that connect, e ven to
ans w ering machine s, voicemail, or v oice tr anscription
ser vice s. Y ou won’t be char ged f or unans w ered
calls or if you get a busy signal. F or incoming calls
ans w er ed, you’ r e char ged fr om the time shor tly befor e
the De vice st ar ts ringing until you pr e ss “End” or the
netw ork connection other wise br e ak s. If charge s v ar y
depending on the time of day that you place or r eceiv e
calls (f or e xample , Nights and W eek end plans), you’ r e
char ged f or the entir e call based on the r ate that applie s
to the time period in which the call st arts. C all time f or
a single call may be subject to a maximum dur ation
