ermination

ee

ter

vice

material
change

insolv

bankrupt;

modifying

vice

om
its
manuf
actur
er
specifications

xample

rooting
the
device

(

f
ailing
to
use
our
Ser
vice
s
f
or
an e
xtended
period
of
time;
(k)
f
ailing
to
maint
ain an
activ
e
De
vice
in
connection
with
our
Ser
vice
s;
or
(l)
if

e
believ
e
the
action
protects
our
inter
e
sts,
an
y
customer
’
s
inter
e
sts,

our
netw
ork

holder

vice

instance

change

may
be
conditioned

ermination

a

vice
s

effectiv

the

xt
full

oicing

charge

vice

you
return
or

our

vice
to
Sprint
and

ail
to
either
deactivate
ser
vice
on
the

vice
or
activate
another
De
vice
in
connection
with

our
Ser
vice

r
eser
v
e
the
right
to
terminate

Ser
vice

if
you
are
subject
to
a

erm
Commitment,
you

be

ged
all

Early

ermination
