Ser vice . F or emplo y ee and or ganiz ation discounts,
the discount percent age may v ar y fr om month-to-
month based on the terms of the agreement betw een
y our emplo yer , association, or or ganiz ation and
Sprint. The discount will be z er o af ter y our agreement
or y our or ganiz ation ’ s agreement with Sprint ends.
A dditional terms and eligibility r equirements r egar ding
or ganiz ation discounts will be provided to you.
Our P olicie s
Ser vice s are subject to our busine ss policie s, practice s,
and procedur e s (“P olicie s ”). Y ou agr ee to adher e to all of
our P olicie s when you use our Ser vice s. Our P olicie s are
subject to change at an y time with or without notice .
When Y ou A ccept The A greement
Y ou must ha v e the legal capacity to accept the
A gr eement. Y ou accept the A gr eement when you do
an y of the f ollowing: (a) accept the A gr eement thr ough
an y printed, or al, or electronic statement, including
on the W eb b y electr onically marking that you ha v e
r e vie w ed and accepted; (b) attempt to or in an y w a y
use the Ser vice s; ( c) pay f or the Ser vice s; or (d) open
an y pack age or st ar t an y progr am that sa ys you are
accepting the A gr eement when doing so . If you don ’t
w ant to accept the A gr eement, don ’t do an y of the se
things.
T erm C ommitment s & Early T ermination
Fe e s
Sprint pro vide s a variety of Ser vice s, some of which
r equir e you to maint ain Y our Ser vice s on a month
to month basis or f or a minimum term, usually 1 or
2 y ear s (“ T erm Commitment”). If y our A gr eement
cont ains a T erm Commitment, you will be charged a
f ee (“Early T ermination F ee ”) f or e ach line of Ser vice
that you terminate e arly (i. e ., prior to satisf ying the
T erm Commitment) or f or e ach line of Ser vice that w e
terminate e arly f or good r eason (f or e x ample , violating
the pa yment or other terms of the A gr eement) but such
Early T ermination F ee will be pror ated based on your
r emaining T erm Commitment. Early T ermination F ee s
are a par t of our r ate s. An y T erm Commitment, the
length of the T erm Commitment, and the applicable
Early T ermination F ee amounts and pror ation will be
disclosed to you during the sale s tr ansaction. C ar efully
r e vie w an y T erm Commitment and Early T ermination F ee
r equirement s prior to selecting Ser vice s. A f ter you ha v e
satisfied your T erm Commitment, your Ser vice s continue
on a month-to-month basis under the then-current T erms
and Conditions and Ser vice policie s . Ser vice s off ered
on a subscription basis, as described in the “ A ccount
& Ser vice Char ge s ” section, may not r equir e a T erm
Commitment and may not automatically r ene w . As
e xplained directly below , ther e are instance s when you
will not be r e sponsible f or an Early T ermination F ee f or
terminating Ser vice s early .
When Y ou Don ’ t Hav e T o P ay An Early
T ermination F ee
Y ou ar en ’t r e sponsible f or pa ying an Early T ermination
F ee when terminating Ser vice s: (a) provided on a
month-to-month basis; (b) provided on a subscription
basis that do not include a T erm Commitment; ( c)
consistent with our published trial period return polic y ;
or (d) in r esponse to a materially adver se change that w e
make to the A gr eement as described directly below .
Our Right T o Change The A greement & Y our
R ela ted Right s
W e ma y change an y par t of the A gr eement at an y time ,
including, but not limited to , r ate s, char ge s, ho w w e
calculate char ge s, discount s, cover age , technologie s
used to pr ovide ser vice s, or your terms of Ser vice .
If you lose your eligibility f or a particular r ate plan
or if a particular r ate plan is no longer suppor ted
