You can use this menu function to manage all the pictures and sounds saved in the phone. You can playback sound, ringtones or display pictures/
wallpapers downloaded from the Internet, or photos captured with the built-in camera function.
From the main menu, select
My data .
 You can also get to the
My data display screen by pressing  navigation key from the standby screen.
 When your phone memory is full, you may not be able to rename the files.
The
Record Voice function allows you to record a sound file and send it as MMS. Or you may record a sound file and play it later.
Display the record voice menu list screen
From
My data display screen, highlight Record voice folder and press Left Softkey to view the submenu of the option in your phone.
Or you may enter
Accessory menu display screen, highlight Voice memo and press Left Softkey to enter the submenu, and highlight again the
Record Voice and press Left Softkey to confirm.
Recording Voice
From
Record Voice display menu, press Left Softkey to select Options . Press Left Softkey again to select Add new . Once you choose the
option, a message shows:
Please start recording . You may press Right Softkey to Record or press Left Softkey to see the detailed information
of the sound file. To stop/pause recording, you may press Left Softkey/Right Softkey.To resume recording after selecting pause function, press
Right Softkey to continue recording. Once you stop the recording, you may choose to either save or play the recording. Press Left Softkey to save
the recording but you need to edit the name for the file first. After the editing is done, press Left Softkey to save the file.
Record Voice option menu
Use  or  navigation keys to scroll through the list of sound files and press Left Softkey to display the
Options menu:
Add new
Highlight
Add new to create a new sound file.
Send as MMS
Highlight
Send as MMS and press Left Softkey to display MMS editing screen with the selected sound file. Proceed with the MMS editing before
sending it out.
Rename
Highlight
Rename to change the name of the sound file.
Delete
Highlight
Delete to delete the selected sound file.
