Troubleshooting
I am having trouble connecting to the Internet.
• Be sure WiFi is enabled. Press the F3 special function key to toggle on/off.
• If you are using a wireless connection, check the placement of your router/
modem to ensure the best wireless signal.
• Call your Internet Service Provider (ISP) for assistance.
My PC is powering off when I don’t want it to.
• If the exhaust vents near the hinge are obstructed, the PC may overheat and
shut down to prevent damage. Ensure these vents are never blocked. It is
best to place your PC on a hard surface when using.
Can I manually reset the laptop?
• Yes. If your PC is not responding, you can perform a reset by inserting a
paper clip into the RESET hole on the bottom of the PC and holding for 10
seconds.
I can’t connect my Bluetooth device.
• Ensure Bluetooth is enabled on your PC. Go to the system tray in the lower
right corner of your screen and click the Bluetooth icon. Turn Bluetooth on.
• Follow the instructions on p22 along with the instructions that came with your
Bluetooth device.
