Cleaning the chip tray and sample block
If a QuantStudio
®
3D Digital PCR 20K Chip leaks during thermal cycling or during a
run, perform the following procedure to eliminate any residual contaminants from
the QuantStudio
®
3D Instrument chip tray or the thermal cycler.
•
Cotton or nylon swabs and lint-free cloths
• Deionized water
• Isopropanol
• Pipette (100-μL) with pipette tips
• Powder-free gloves
• Safety glasses
