Centerline Alignment Notches and Grooves

• Elbow Couplers (90°, 270°, Inside and Outside) have Notches 0.25” from the top edge. These Notches can be used to

place alignment marks on furniture/walls during layout.

• Raceways and Power Block Holders have Alignment Grooves 0.25” from the top edge. These Grooves can be used to

align during installation. It also acts as a fastener reference line and “catch point” for driving screws without pilot holes.

A J-Channel section can be modified to accommodate

power blocks or connecters up to 0.85” thick. Determine the

desired width, mark and cut the top flanges down to the first

groove, score the groove with a Razor Knife and snap off.

You can also remove the front of a J-Channel

section as shown above.

J-Channel Raceway Cable Management System Installation Instructions Cutting The components can be cut using a Fine-Tooth Hacksaw or PVC/ABS Pipe Saw. Deburr all sharp edges. Securing Raceways and Power Block Holders to Furniture or Walls Secure Raceways to your furniture or walls surfaces using the supplied Double Sided Tape, Screws, or both. Double-Sided Tape: The desk or wall surface must be smooth (no heavy texture), clean and dry. Measure, mark and cut the Tape with Scissors.
