Display Indicators
Phone operating in Globalstar
satellite mode
Voice mail notification received
Phone operating in digital mode
(if neither of the above indicators
is displayed, phone is in analog
mode)
Battery charge. Four diagonal
bars indicates full charge; one
bar indicates minimal charge,
and blinking indicates no charge
Help is available; press the info
key.
Signal strength. Four lines
indicates strong signal, one line
indicates extremely weak signal.
Designates additional level of
call privacy (cellular) or
encryption (Globalstar)
Call in progress

Designates the menu option
currently selected.
No service available. Phone will
beep if service is not available
and you try to place a call.
Indicates you can scroll between
screens using the volume
buttons or scroll keys.
Roaming for service outside
home area.
Indicates the text message is
locked.
Text message received Indicates the text message is
unlocked.
These indicators show the status of the phone and battery charge level, and provide quick
information about various messages and functions of the phone.
Note: While using the tri-mode phone be careful not to scratch the screen. Do not set the
phone face down unless the screen is protected.
