5. Make sure the application is configured with the following settings:

followed by the telephone number of the system or modem you want to
connect to.

Baud rate Must match the baud rate on your Tri-Mode Phone (default:
38400). To check or change the baud rate on your Tri-Mode
Phone, select menu, then select Features > Data > Baud
Rate.
