Roll Door Sensor Installation
1. With the trailer roll door closed, use a felt-tip pen to draw a line along the inside of the
passenger side of the door, close to door jamb.
2. Open the trailer roll door and position the roll door sensor switch as close as possible to
the door jamb to avoid damage to the door sensor cable when loading the trailer. Take
into consideration that the door sensor cable has a bend radius of two inches. Position
the sensor switch so the cable is as close to the door jamb as possible.
3. Use a felt-tip pen to mark the location to drill the hole for the door sensor cable (as close
to the door jamb as possible).
Note
The door sensor cable has a bend radius of approximately two inches. Position the roll
door sensor so the cable bend in as close to the door jamb as possible.
