If the 7-way diagnostic tool software detects a problem while connecting to the terminal,
the software attempts to connect to the terminal for approximately two minutes before
you are given additional information regarding the problem:

If there is a connection problem, the following screen will display.
The following are situations that can occur with the TT210 system terminal that can
cause the connection process to fail:
• Discharged 7-way tool adaptor battery
• Faulty cable connections
• Unresponsive due to firmware upgrade process
