To restrict your phone [62]
Restricting limits your outgoing calls to emergency numbers,
designated service provider numbers, and the numbers in the
phone book. You may answer incoming calls and view or dial the
phone book numbers, but you cannot erase, add, or edit any
numbers.
1. From your Home screen, select [MENU].
2. Select 6>Access.The Enter Lock Code screen appears.
3. Enter your four-digit lock code.
For information about your lock code, see page 65.
4. Select 2>Restrict.
5. Press the Up/Down keys to choose RESTRICT CALLING
to phone book or RESTRICT CALLING no.
6. Select [OK].
To change your lock code [63]
All the Access menu selections are protected by a four-digit lock
code. The default lock code is typically 0000 or the last four digits
of your phone number. This code is different from your Secure
PIN, which is administered by your Terminal Administrator. You
can change the code to something easy for your to remember.
1. From your Home screen, select [MENU].
2. Select 6>Access.The Enter Lock Code screen appears.
3. Enter your four-digit lock code.
The default lock code is typically 0000 or the last four digits of your
phone number.
1. Select 3>New Code.
2. Enter new four-digit code.
3. Select [OK].
4. Re-enter new code (for verification).
5. Select [OK].
