❑ To enter a clear phone number, select [SAVE].
❑ To enter a secure phone number, select [SAVE*].
The Enter Name: screen appears.
3. Enter a name to go with the number.
To enter a letter, press the key labeled with the letter you want. For
instance, if you press , the letter “A” appears on the display.
Press it again and the letter “B” appears; again, and “C” appears;
again, and “2” appears. You can continue to press the key to cycle
through the letters again.
Two seconds after you choose a character the cursor moves one space
to the right. To move backward, press the Clear key .
Note
You can press 1 continually to cycle through these characters:
. , - ’ @ : ? /

4. Select [OK]. A screen appears asking you to verify the memory
location.
