Prior to seeking assistance, check “Troubleshooting” on page 123 for common problems
and possible solutions.
For most questions about your phone or phone service, contact your Terminal
Administrator (TA). Your Terminal Administrator may be the COMSEC Custodian that is
responsible for establishing service with the service provider and setting up your phone.
Your Terminal Administrator can offer troubleshooting assistance, and will contact your
service provider or Q

for additional help in solving any difficulties you may
experience while using your phone.
