Scheduling Events
The Scheduler application allows you to set up a schedule of events. Using the Scheduler,
you can view a day by hours, view a month by days, add an event to your schedule, edit/
delete events in your schedule, automatically delete old events, set your work hours and
configure an alarm for one or more events.
To View Your Schedule

From the Home screen, press the Select ( ) key.

Scroll to the
Extra
tab, and press the Select ( ) key.

From the Extra menu, select
Scheduler
.

Select one of the following options:
"
View Day:
displays the current day by hours. Scroll up or down to move
the cursor to other hours within the current day. Scroll left or right to view
other days. Select an hour to schedule an event for that hour (see “To Add
an Event to Your Schedule” on page 101).
"
View Month:
displays the current month by days. Scroll in any direction to
move the cursor to another day within this month. If you scroll from the start
or end of the month, you can also scroll to another month. Select a day to
view that day by hours (see the
View Day
option above).
