12 Required Regulatory Wording for User
Manual/Installation Manual
The integrator must include text in the user manual meeting the regulators’ requirements. The text
below or similar wording should be used.

12.1 FCC compliance information
This device complies with Part 15 of the FCC rules. Operation is subject to the following two
conditions:
1. This device may not cause harmful interference, and
2. This device must accept any interference received, including interference that may cause
undesired operation.
This product does not contain any user serviceable components. Any unauthorized product
changes or modifications will invalidate the warranty and all applicable regulatory certifications
and approvals, including authority to operate this device.
FCC Part 15 Digital Emissions Compliance
