Storing a restriction override number
If you want to call one specific phone number that is blocked by the call
restriction level you have set, you can store that phone number as a
restriction override number. Once a restriction override number is stored,
anyone with a password can speed dial that number, regardless of the level
of call restriction in effect.
You can store up to five restriction override numbers in memory locations
21 through 25 on your NIU.

Blocked numbers
If you want to block calls to one specific phone number, you can store it as
a blocked number. Once you have stored a blocked number, the NIU will not
dial it, regardless of the level of call restriction in effect. A blocked number
can be canceled only by a person who knows the password.
level = Call restriction level from 7 through 9 that you want to cancel
