Setting the call restriction password
To control access to the call restriction feature, you must enter a password.
Choose any four-digit password that you can remember. This password
allows you to change call restrictions or override call-restricted numbers.
Lift the handset. Dial on your touchtone telephone:
EXAMPLE
To set 1234 as your password, dial #23 1234 1234#
NOTE
When creating or changing this password, you must enter the new four-digit
password twice to avoid errors. If an error is made, the touchtone telephone
will respond with an error tone, and no password will be saved until the
password is set again.
Changing the call restriction password
Lift the handset. Dial on your touchtone telephone:
EXAMPLE
To replace the above password with 4321, dial #23 1234 4321 4321#

Setting a predefined call restriction level
To set a predefined call restriction level, just select the level you need.
Lift the handset. Dial on your touchtone telephone:
EXAMPLE
To set call restriction level 1 (no 900/976 calls) using password 4321, dial
#24 4321 1#
<four-digit password> = 0 through 9, with no # or *
level = A call restriction level from 0 through 6
