External batteries
You can snap an optional external battery onto the back of
your phone. The external battery does not replace the
internal battery, but provides extra-long talking and
standby time. The convenient Hot Swapping feature
prevents you from dropping calls when one battery is low
(see “Hot swapping” on page 51).
You can choose from various external battery options, such
as the External Slim LiIon Battery (Model # TXBAT032) or
the External Extended LiIon Battery (Model # TXBAT033),
shown below.
