10. Press and hold the Power key down for about
a second to turn the phone on or off.
11. Press the Clear key once to erase the last
character. Press and hold to erase the
whole line.
Press once to back up to the previous
menu level. Press and hold to return to
standby mode.
Using the keyguard
The keyguard protects your phone against accidental key
presses when the phone is turned on. Press to
answer calls while the keyguard is on.

To turn on the keyguard
1. Press the key under [MENU].
2. Press to activate the keyguard. The left Smart
Key turns into the padlock icon .
