Using the keys [7]

2. The two Smart Keys change function
depending on what screen you are in. Look
at the word on the display above the key for
the current function.
3. Press the Send key to make or answer a call.
4. When the Envelope icon appears on the
display, press the Message key to open the
message screen.
5. Press the End key to end a call or to silence
the ringer when it rings. Press the End key
at any time to cancel out of the current
screen and return to standby mode.
6. … Use the keypad to enter digits, letters, and
punctuation characters, or to select menu
options. Press any number to answer a call.
7. Press the Star (up arrow) key to answer a
call, scroll up through menus and displays,
or move the cursor leftward when editing.
8. Press the Information key from standby
mode to see your own phone number. When
you are viewing a recent call record, press it
to see extra information about the call.
9. Press the Pound (down arrow) key to answer
a call, scroll down, or move the cursor
rightward when editing.
