Getting Help
There are several ways to get help. You can:
■ Display online tips
■ Review Troubleshooting in this chapter
■ Contact your service provider or QUALCOMM
■ Visit us at www.qualcomm.com/pdQ
This chapter provides details on each of these methods.
Displaying Online Tips
Many of the dialogs that appear on pdQ smartphone contain an online tips
icon in the upper-right corner. Online tips contain a summary of what is
required by the dialog, shortcuts for using the dialog or other useful
information.
Online tips always relate to the function that you are currently performing
with pdQ smartphone. Each dialog has its own online tips that relate to that
specific dialog.
To use the online tips:
1 Tap in the upper-right corner of a dialog to open the Tips dialog.
2 Tap Done when finished.
