Defining pdQmail Preferences
4 Tap the User Banner line, then enter the content you want to appear on
the pdQ smartphone screen.
5 Tap the Voice Mail line, then enter the number used to access your voice
mailbox.
6 Tap Time Zone: ▼ to open, then tap the appropriate zone.
7 Check Use Daylight Savings Time, if appropriate.
8 Check Synchronize PDA time to air time if you want the pdQ smartphone
to use the same clock for the phone and organizer.
Defining pdQmail Preferences
pdQmail preferences indicate how pdQ smartphone receives, sends, and
manages e-mail. Before you start, use the table below to collect the
information you need. An asterisk (*) identifies information your ISP either
provides or can help you determine. To learn more about a term or field,
check the Glossary or consult your ISP. Note: use pdQmail’s Options menu to
define pdQmail preferences.
