To copy information about a call from Call History to the Address Book:
Tap the entry you want to add to the Address Book, then follow the
instructions on the screen.
To delete one entry from the Call History list:
Tap the entry you want to delete, then tap Delete.
To delete all entries from the Call History list:
1 Tap from the Call History list.
2 Tap Delete All from the Record menu.
To sort Call History list entries by column heading:
No matter which sort sequence you choose, new calls automatically appear
at the top of the list.
Tap Who to sort the list in numeric-alphabetic sequence. Tap Who again
to resort the list in alphabetic-numeric sequence.
or
Tap Date to sort the list in the most recent date-most recent time
sequence. Tap Date again to resort the list based on the most recent
time.
or
Tap Length to sort the list in the longest call-shortest call sequence.
Tap Length again to resort the list in the shortest call-longest call
sequence.
To define Call History preferences:
1 Tap from the Call History list.
2 Tap Preferences from the Options menu.
3 Tap the appropriate checkbox.
4 Tap OK when finished.
Don’t show

Select to ensure that caller names do not appear in
the Who column even if the information is available.
Delete calls
after ___ days
Select to delete Call History list entries based on the
number of days indicated.
