Deleting Messages
Deleting Messages
To delete a message:
1 Open the message you want to delete.
2 Tap Delete.
The message is transferred to your Trash mailbox. When you delete
messages from the Trash, it is deleted from your pdQ smartphone.
Disconnecting from the Server
After sending and receiving e-mail messages, you need to disconnect from
the server.
To disconnect from the server:
Tap , then Disconnect from the Mail menu.
Changing Your Password
These instructions explain how to change the password on the server.
To change your password when checking for mail:
1 To display pdQmail menus at the top of the screen, tap .
2 Tap Options, then Change Password to display the dialog below.
3 In the Old password field, enter your current password.
4 In the New password field, enter you new password.
5 Click OK. pdQmail connects to the server and changes your password.
Working with Mailboxes
Mailboxes contain all of your incoming and outgoing message header
information. When you first start pdQmail, the In mailbox displays with its
list of messages. The In, Out, and Trash mailboxes are included with
pdQmail. You can create more mailboxes if you need them.
