pdQmail
Welcome to pdQmail™, the most powerful and versatile e-mail
application available for the Palm III™ operating system. You can use
pdQmail to send, receive, create, and manage e-mail messages directly
from the pdQ smartphone. This capability makes it easier than ever to
stay in touch with the added convenience that only a wireless
smartphone you can hold in one hand provides.
pdQ smartphone is delivered with two e-mail applications: Mail
and pdQmail. Mail lets you read, store, and delete e-mail messages
received on your computer and to create e-mail messages. To
transfer e-mail messages between pdQ smartphone and your
computer, you need to synchronize the pdQ smartphone and your
computer. You cannot use Mail to send or receive e-mail messages
from pdQ smartphone.
Before using pdQmail to send or receive e-mail messages, you need to
define:
Modem preferences
Network preferences
pdQmail preferences
pdQmail preferences include adding a signature to your e-mail messages and
setting a priority. For detailed information, see the pdQ Basics Handbook.
With pdQmail, you can:
Write, send, forward, and receive e-mail messages using pdQ
smartphone.
Define up to 15 mailboxes for storing e-mail you send or receive.
Include a personal signature and other details in your e-mail messages.
Limit the number of lines in e-mail messages that display on the pdQ
smartphone screen.
