pdQ SMS
pdQ SMS lets you know if you have received text or pager
messages and whether or not your voice mailbox contains voice
mail. Your service provider gives you the number to call to check
for voice mail, which is entered in Phone Preferences. Chapter 2
Getting Started in the pdQ Basics Handbook explains how to define phone
preferences.
With pdQ SMS, you can:
■ Distinguish between read and unread messages. All unread messages
appear in bold while read messages appear as plain text.
■ Learn whether or not your voice mail box contains voice mail messages.
■ Respond to text and pager messages directly.
To open pdQ SMS:
1 Open the keypad, then tap to open the Applications Launcher.
2 Tap to open pdQ SMS.
To return a page:
1 Open the keypad, then tap on the pdQ smartphone screen to turn on
the phone.
2 Tap to open pdQ SMS.
3 Tap the call back phone number.
