Check that the CURRENT STATUS is GOOD.
• If the CURRENT STATUS is GOOD, go to step 12.
• If the CURRENTSTATUS is NO FIX or NO DATA, go to Chapter 12 in the
OmniVision™ MCP and Accessory Diagnostic Guide

12. Send a test message to the dispatcher, as follows:
a. Press the CREATE MSG key.
b. Press the ENTER
key.
c. Type the message text which should include the tractor number.
d. Press the SEND key.
e. Press Y to send the message.
Allow five minutes for the message to be received by the dispatcher.
13. Press the READ NEXT key to display the message that was just sent.
An “A” should eventually display on the top line indicating the message has been
acknowledged.
• If the message is acknowledged, go to step 15.
• If the message is not acknowledged, call QWBS Customer Support to have the
message sent. In the United States call 800-541-7490; in Canada, call 800-863-
9191.
14. Verify the “message sent” announcement was played in the vehicle.
• If the announcement was played, go to step 15.
• If the announcement did not play, go to the
