The website contains Gateway Technical Support Request forms and RMA
Request forms that you can use to submit cases electronically. If you do not have
access to the Internet, you can do the following:
Submit an RMA (Return Material Authorization) on a problem by sending
email to the following address: gstechsupport@qualcomm.com. Be sure to
provide your name, company, location, telephone number, description of the
problem, part information, and details about the error messages and/or log
information.
To obtain information on the status of a case, send email with the case
number to the following address: status.techsupport@qualcomm.com
To obtain information on the status of an RMA, send email with the RMA
number to the following address: status.rma@qualcomm.com
