12.1.2 Technical Support
The Technical Support team provides troubleshooting assistance for all
QUALCOMM-provided Globalstar products.
To get the support you need, be sure to follow the QUALCOMM Technical
Support process and procedures, which you can find at the QUALCOMM
Globalstar Customer Service Website (http://www.gstechsupport.qualcomm.com)
under the Gateway tab, under Troubleshooting.
QUALCOMM Customer Service provides Technical Support 24 hours a day,
every day.
