Regulatory Statements
• For regulatory identification purposes, your product is assigned the the number:
FCC ID: J9CFTD1 for the Tagg ™tracking device.
FCC ID: J9CFBC1 for the docking station.
• This equipment has been tested and found to comply with the limits for a Class B digital
device, pursuant to Part 15 of the FCC rules. These limits are designed to provide
reasonable protection against harmful interference in a residential installation. This
equipment uses and can radiate radio frequency energy and, if not installed and used in
accordance with the instructions, may cause harmful interference to radio
communications. However, there is no guarantee that interference will not occur in a
particular installation. If this equipment does cause harmful interference to radio or
television reception, which can be determined by turning the equipment off and on, the
user is encouraged to try to correct the interference by one or more of the following
measures:
o Reorient or relocate the receiving docking station.
o Increase the separation between the equipment and the docking station.
o Plug the docking station into another electrical outlet away from the receiver that is
experiencing interference. Turn off the Tagg tracking device before entering the aircraft
(see page 7 for instructions).
o Contact Customer Care at support@taggthepettracker.com
for help.
• This device complies with part 15 of the FCC Rules. Operation is subject to the following two
conditions:
(1) This device may not cause harmful interference, and (2) this device must accept any
interference received, including interference that may cause undesired operation.
• To comply with FCC RF exposure compliance requirements, a separation distance of 20
cm (8 inches) must be maintained between the antennas for the Tagg tracking device
and all persons. For more information regarding this requirement, please visit our
Answer Center located on the Support page of our web site.
• Changes or modifications not expressly approved by the party responsible for
compliance could void the user’s authority to operate the Tagg tracking device.
• In an aircraft:
o The Tagg tracking device transmissions could interfere with aircraft electrical and
communications systems. Turn off the Tagg tracking device before entering the
aircraft.
