Tagg Android and iPhone apps
You can quickly and easily locate your pet on the go with the free Tagg applications for your Android
smart phone or iPhone. The Tagg app allows you to:
 Track and locate your pet.
 Get driving directions to your pet’s location.
 Find places nearby that are pet-friendly.
 Receive notifications and change your notification settings.
 Access your pet profile.
To get the Tagg app:
 Go into the iPhone App Store or Android Market and search for “Tagg.”
 Download the application to your phone.
Care and Cleaning of Devices
Tagg tracker
Do not bend, fold, or tear the wings on the tracker, as this will damage the antenna inside of the
wings.
Use a damp cloth or paper towel with mild dish soap to clean the outside of the tracker.
The Tagg tracker can be worn by your pet at all times. Although the tracker is water resistant, it may be
damaged if submerged in water beyond three feet (one meter) for longer than 30 minutes. Do not exceed
these thresholds when exposing the Tagg tracker to water, moisture, or dampness.
Docking station
Use a damp cloth or paper towel with mild dish soap to clean the outside of the docking station. Never
soak the docking station in water. If the docking station gets wet, unplug it immediately and contact Tagg
customer support. Water damage is not covered by the warranty.
CAUTION: Avoid exposing the tracker and docking station to flea spray. Doing so will cause damage.
