 The status indicator will turn red while the upgrade is in progress. Be sure to leave the tracker
on the docking station the entire time it is red.
 When the status indicator
is no longer red, the upgrade is complete and you can remove the
tracker.
How to Read Your Tagg Map
The Tagg map is easy to read – take a look at the scenarios below for a quick overview. You can view the
map on your computer or smart phone at any time.
Inside the Tagg zone
When your pet (we’ll call him Skipper) is near the docking station, the Tagg tracker will be in power-
saving mode to maximize your battery. At that time, the Tagg map will look similar to this:
 The Tagg zone is the blue circle around Skipper’s home.
 Skipper’s location is identified by a paw icon
. Since he’s close to the docking station, in the
Tagg zone and in power saving mode, there’s no pinpointed GPS location.
