One of two types of screw is used to attach the SIM card to the modem. The screw will be a

1. Find side
of case with screw and washers.
2. Remove screw and washer

from side of case.
3. Insert SIM card with the metal contacts
facing upward.
4. Ensure SIM card clicks into place.
5. Replace the washers and screw.
