N OTE:Whenthespeedcontrolisturnedclockwise,
itwillclickontohighspeed.Continuetoturnthe
speedcontrolclockwisetodecreasethespeed.At
fullclockwise,theblowershouldblowgently,but
shouldnotstop.
1. With the appliance plugged in, turn the speed
controlknobtoslow(fullclockwise).
2. Withasmallscrewdriver,adjusttheblowerspeed
byturningtheadjustmentmechanismthroughthe
holeonthesideofthespeedcontrol.
3. Adjustthe speed so the blower runs slowly, but
doesnotstop.Turnclockwisetoslowtheblower
andcounterclockwisetoincreasethespeed.
Theblowerspeedcontrolforthisunitisadjustedatthefactory,
andnormallydoesnotrequirefurtheradjustment.

3. Installsecondwasher(s)asshown.
4. Installkeyingroove.
5. Aligngrooveinlatchcamwithkey;slidelatchcam
overshaft
6. Installlocknutbutdonotovertighten,itmustmove
smoothly.
7. Installspringhandleturninginacounter-clockwise
motiontodesiredlocationondoorhandlerod.
