After you power on the HG655b, the DSL indicator blinks (for less than three minutes), which indicates that the HG655b is being activated. Later, the DSL indicator turns solid on.

To log in to the Web configuration page, do as follows: Step 1 Step 2 Start the Internet Explorer on the PC. Enter http://192.168.1.1 in the address bar of the Internet Explorer, and then press Enter. The Login dialog box is displayed.
