1.Adda_Comms_Object_fortheCellularDataChannelwiththeseproperties:
a.TCPPort=14000
b.InactivityTimeout=0msec

2.Adda_Comms_Object_fortheQ03RTUwiththeseproperties:
a.RtuActive=True
b.Address=1(thisistheaddress/stationnumberoftheQ03RTU)
c.Channel=CellularNET(thisisthenameoftheCellularDataChannel)
d.PollInterval=1hr(ormoreasitcangetquiteexpensiveifthepollintervalissettooshort)

3.AddanyexceptionsinyourfirewallwhetherontheDATRANVIcomputer,organizationserver,router,
etc.toallowincoming/inboundTCPconnectionsfromanywhereintheInternettothisTCPPortonthis
DATRANVIcomputer.UseHyperTerminaltotesttheconnectiontothisTCPPort.
