undertakestorepairanymanufacturing
defects and replace or repair anyfaultymaterials within(12) twelve months fromthedate of saletothe original
purchaser.
Theexemptionsreferredtoare:
1) Fairwearandtear
2 Faultyinstallation,misuse,neglect,accidentandsimilarcauses.
3) EquipmentthatdoesnotbeartheoriginalSerialNumberlabelorthelabelhasbeendefacedoraltered.
4) Unsuitableoperatingconditions,includingimproperinstallationandotherinfluencesbeyond
QTech
control.
5) AlterationscarriedoutbythePurchaseroranyunauthorisedthirdparty.
7) Powersupplyprotectionparts,includingfusesandothercircuitryprovidedtoprotecttheunitfromelectrical
damage.
8) Outputdrivers,transistors,relaysandotherpartsofthecircuitrythataredirectlyconnectedtothirdparty
equipment.
9) Damageresultingfromlighteningstrikesandotherstaticdischarges.
Liabilityforreplacementssuppliedorrepairscarriedoutislimitedtotheoriginal(12)twelvemonthwarrantyperiod.

willnotacceptresponsibilityforwarrantyworkcarriedoutbythepurchaseroranyunauthorisedthirdparty.
QTech
doesnotassumeorauthoriseanypersontoassumefor
QTech
anyotherliabilityregardingitsproducts.

’s liability is limited to the extent set out above and does not extend to any consequential damages or
losses.

Wheretheconditionsofliabilityassetoutabovearemet
QTech
willcarryoutwarrantyserviceasdetailedbelow:
1) Goods returned for servicing shall be adequately packaged to prevent damage in transit and shall be
forwardedfreightpre-paid.
2) Adescriptionof thefault/s together withanyother relevantinformation relating tothe fault,together with
thereturnaddresstowhichtheequipmentistobereturned,mustbeincludedwithanyequipmentreturned
to
QTech
forrepair.
3)
QTech
mayelectatitssolediscretiontorepairorreplaceequipmentreturnedforrepair.
4) Where repairs to the equipment are undertaken, the repairs will be undertaken during normal business
hours.
5) Once repairs or replacements are complete, the equipment will be returned by a suitable carrier to the
PurchaserunlessotherwiseinstructedbythePurchaser.
