Caution To ensure proper airflow and server cooling, all drive bays must contain either a carrier with a hard

drive installed in it or a carrier with a HDD blank installed.

The drive carriers contain light-pipes that allow LED indicators to display the hard drive status.

This is supported in the Enterprise SKU. For the Value SKU, users will need to sacrifice one SATA port on the main

board to use the optical drive bay.
