QSC Hardware Limited Warranty
By buying , using and/or i nstalling the QSC Product , you are agreeing to be bound by the terms of the QSC Hardware Limited Warranty
(" Warranty ") as set out below. Do not use your product until you have read the Terms of the Warranty.
What is covered by this Standard Limited Warranty?
QSC warrants hardware products and accessories, manufactured by or for the QSC brand ("QSC Product") that are purchased from a QSC-authorized dea l er against defects in materials and
manufacture for the applicable period described below (the " Warranty Period ").

Warranty Terms and Conditions:
• Products must be purchased from a QSC authorized dealer.
• Warranty period begins from the invoice date of pu r chase. Proof of Purchase is required for warranty validation.
• QSC provides the above stated manufacturer's warranty unless local regulations prohibit.
• Registration with QSC is required in AL L countries and must be completed within 30 days of purchase.
• This does not affect your statutory rights.

Visit www.qsc.com for changes or updates to this wa rr anty tab l e. The preceding wa r ranty pe r iods begin on the date of purchase from a QSC-authorized dealer, as documented by invoice,
receipt, or other acceptable means. The unexpired portion of the warranty may be transferred to a subsequent pu r chaser upon re-registra ti on wi th QSC.
QSC Warranty service is only available in the country or reg ion of the products' original purchase. QSC, its distributors, dealers and authorized service centers are under no obligat i on to perform
warranty service on products pu r chased in other regions. The QSC Product may be returned to the coun t ry of purchase at your expense. To the extent t ha t nationa l, state, provincial or t errito r ial
law applicable to your purchase of the QSC Product require a seller to provide additional warranty rights, QSC provides those warranties required under appl icab le law.
Register your Product. By registering this QSC Product at QSC's website wi t hin thirty (30) days of the date of purchase, YOU MAY BE ELIGIBLE TO RECE I VE AN EXTENSION OF THE
STANDARD WARRANTY as described in the table above. Also, registration wi ll facilitate processing any warranty cla im that may be necessary.
How do I extend this Warranty on eligible products?
For purchasers who register their QSC Pro d uct at QSC's website within thirty (30) d ays of the date of purchase, QSC will exte nd the warranties for new QSC Products fo r the per i ods stated in
the tab le above. This extended warranty does not apply to fans or digital displays. You can register your QSC Product at: www.QSC.co m
What is not covered by this Warranty?
This warranty does not apply to any non-QSC branded hardware products or any software, even if packaged or sold with a QSC Product(s). M anufacturers, suppliers, or pu bl is hers ot h er
than QSC, may provide thei r own warranties to you, but QSC, in so far as permitted by law, provides the assoc i ated software inc l uded with their OSC P roducts on an "AS IS" bas i s. Software
distributed by QSC, with or without the QSC trademark, is not covered by this limited warranty. The licensing agreement accompanying any incl u ded software contains the det ails of yo ur r ights
with respect to its use.
This warranty also does not app ly to the following:
a. Damage caused by improper use, care, or maintenance or failure to follow t he instructions and/or maintenance and re p ai r recommendations contained in the Use r Manual, or at www.qsc.com,
b. OSC Product that has been modifie d to alter its functionality or capability without the written permission of QSC,
c. Consumable parts, such as batteries, unless failure has occurred due to a de f ect in materials or manufacture,
d. Damage caused by accident, abuse, misuse, ex p osure to liquids, fire, earthquake, acts of God, or other external causes,
e. Damage caused by operating the QSC Pro d uct outside OSC's published guide l ines,
f. Damage caused by service (including upgrades and expansions) performed by anyone who is not an authorized represen t ative of OSC (including attempts to "hack" or modify firmware
or software),
