Troubleshooting Guide
Problem Reason Try the following
Install/reinstall the driver by run
The whiteboard driver is not
stalled
in
in windows START menu
Connection Failure between the
computer and the whiteboard
Retry the connection

Restart computer and reinstall
software
Installation error
The stroke color is the same or
similar to the background
