6.4 Device Configuration
You can configure the SATA disk, RAID management tool, USB disk, and the UPS settings
in this section.
6.4.1 SATA Disk
This page
shows the model, size and current status of the hard disk drive(s) installed on the
VioStor. You can format the hard disks and view the status, and scan the bad blocks.
When the hard disks are formatted, the VioStor will create the following default share
folders:
 record_nvr: The folder to where the regular recording files are saved.
 record_nvr_alarm: The folder to where the alarm recording files are saved.
Click the icons on the ‘SATA Disk’ page to format the hard disk drive(s).
