The HGS defines the spacing between pixels. For example, if the
HGS is 1/150", each pixel is 2 dots wide. If HGS is 1/75”, each pixel is
4 dots wide.
You select the HGS with the
Ps
1
value (see the table below) in the
sixel mode sequence. As pixels become wider, less data is required
for your picture but the sharpness of the picture decreases.
