2 Disconnect the power cord.
3 With four people, lift the
printer using the recessed
carrying grips on the bot-
tom of the front, back, and
left side of the printer.
Leave the media cassette
inside the printer when per-
forming this installation.


 Caution: Do not tilt the printer more than 10° from horizontal.
Tilting could cause damage to the machine from spilling of
consumables.
4 Lift up the printer, then
carefully lower it onto
the LCIF.
»Note:
Make sure the LCIF
cables do not get tangled with
the printer.
Align the guide pins in all four
corners so that the printer and
LCIF are flush on the front
and both sides. (The back of
the printer will protrude.)


 WARNING! To avoid hand injury, be careful when placing the
printer onto the large-capacity input feeder.
