Enabled Establishes one-way AppleTalk com-
munication from the host to the
printer.
Disabled Turns off the AppleTalk interface, and
the printer stops accepting AppleTalk
interface print jobs.
Connection (default conventional; range conventional, spool)
Connection allows you to enable or disable print
spooling.
Conventional Allows one AppleTalk connection
and accepts only one print job at a
time. If two users send print jobs to the
printer, the workstation belonging to
the first user is unavailable until the
first job has been printed, and the
workstation belonging to the second
user is unavailable until both jobs
have been printed.
Spool Allows multiple AppleTalk connec-
tions and accepts (spools) more than
one print job at a time. Workstations
are available while jobs are printing.
Min K Spool (default 00015; range 00000-99999)
Sets the minimum number of kilobytes of system
memory allocated to the AppleTalk interface.
Prerequisite: value must be less than K Mem For
Spool.
