Removal and Replacement Procedures
RRP 7.6 Offset Roller Assembly (PL 9.2)
Removal
1. Remove the Offset Drive Assembl
y

2. Remove the Offset Motor

RRP 7.4

3. Remove the Face Up Exit Sensor
(
RRP 7.5
)
.
4. Remove the Gear located at the end of the Roller Assembl
y
.
5. Remove the K clip securin
g
the Roller shaft to the rear bearin
g
.
6. Slide the bearin
g
out of the Offset Assembl
y
frame.
7. Slide the front bearin
g
out the Assembl
y
frame, and remove the Offset Roller Assembl
y
.
Replacement
1. Slide the rear of the Roller shaft throu
g
h the rear bearin
g
cutout in the Assembl
y
frame.
2. Insert the front bearin
g
, still attached to the front of the shaft, into the front bearin
g
cutout in the
Assembl
y
frame.
3. Use a K clip to secure the shaft to the rear bearin
g
.
4. Reinstall the Gear onto the rear of the shaft.
The Gear snaps into place.
5. Reinstall the Face Up Exit Sensor

6. Reinstall the Offset Motor

)
