Removal and Replacement Procedures
RRP 4.3 Left Chute Assembly (PL 6.2)
Removal
1. Open the Left Upper Cover.
2. Remove the BTR Assembl
y
(

3. Push down on the rear of the Chute Assembl
y
and use the blade of a small screwdriver to free the rear
latches from the Cover.
4. Push down on the front of the Chute Assembl
y
and use the blade of a small screwdriver to free the
front latches from the Cover.
5. Remove the Left Chute Assembl
y
.
6. Release the two sprin
g
s and remove the Re
g
istration Roll Assembl
y
from the Chute Assembl
y
.
Replacement
1. Reinstall the Re
g
istration Roll Assembl
y
onto the Chute Assembl
y
.
Make sure the cutout in the Chute Assembl
y
capture the lips of the three bearin
g
s on the shaft.
2. Hook the free ends of the two sprin
g
s into the holes in the Chute, so the sprin
g
s la
y
on top of the bear-
in
g
s and secure the shaft to the Chute.
3. Position the Left Chute Assembl
y
so the cutout for the Re
g
istration Senor is located opposite the Re
g
-
istration Sensor.
4. Lift the clear m
y
lar strip out of the wa
y
as
y
ou lower the Chute onto the Upper Cover.
5. As
y
ou lower the Chute make sure the top of the two Comp Sprin
g
s fit into the tabs on the underside of
the Chute.
6. Press the front of the Chute so the two latches lock the front of the Chute into place.
7. Press the rear of the Chute so the two latches lock the rear of the Chute into place.
8. Reinstall the BTR Assembl
y

9. Close the Left Upper Cover.
