Removal and Replacement Procedures
RRP 3.7 MSI Nudger Roll (PL4.3)
Removal
1. Remove MSI Feed Roll

2. Remove the E-clip securin

the MSI Gate

to the Nud

er Shaft and remove the Gate.
3. Remove the E-clip securin

the Nud

er Roll to the Nud
g
er Shaft and slide the Nud

er Roll off of the
shaft.
Replacement
1. Slide the Nud
g
er Roll, forked end first, onto the Nud
g
er Shaft, makin
g
sure the forked end en
g
a
g
es the
pin at the end of the shaft.
2. Use an E-clip to secure the Nud
g
er Roll to the Shaft.
3. Slide the MSI Gate onto the Shaft
(
see the illustration for correct positionin
g
of the Gate
)
.
4. Use an E-clip to secure the Gate to the Shaft.
5. Reinstall the No-Paper Sensor Bracket onto the Feeder Assembl
y
, and use one screw to secure it to
the Assembl
y
.
6. Reinstall the MSI Feeder Assembl
y
